PLEASE READ!! IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!
For Every Meet.....
Make sure that you have a ride to and from the meet. Arrive at the beginning (See times posted below).
Know when your event is happening (look at the schedule).
Be ready for your event at least one hour minimum before, to warm up unless you are the first event.
Bring WARM layers...Dress for the weather (umbrella, blankets etc...sometimes you may think it is nice out, but the weather can change).
Bring a chair to sit on (no stinky, sweaty bods in our chairs :p.)
Bring LOTS of WATER.
Bring food that is healthy.
Don't forget your singlet!! (you will be given one before your meet) Return it after.
Reminder!!
***All athletes are to only leave at the conclusion of the ENTIRE meet. We are a team and we will support eachother as a team. Everyone wants to be cheered on, even the people in the late events.
- You cannot leave the park/meet unless you have organised it, with the coaches, in advance. If you are not attending the entire meet then you are required to be at school, in class.

Also:
***All athletes MUST attend chapel on a regular basis in order to compete. List will be given to the coaches, from the Spiritual Life Department indicating absent athletes, from Chapel. Make sure your name is NOT on that list!!
***Also, all athletes MUST maintain a grade over 60% in each of their classes. If you fall behind, you will be given a minimal time frame to complete the work and improve your grade. Those who do not make the grade, WILL NOT compete. See Mrs Scholz to discuss options. Continue to go to practice.
