Welcome to the new website for Skiers and Boarders. This year the registration process is going to be a bit different. The main registration form will be completed online and the supplementary paper work will be posted here. Please be careful to read all parts of the application.

We will again be traveling to Holiday Valley for 6 Thursday evening trips, plus a day trip in March. Chaperone include: Mr. Franz, Ms. Schonewille, Ms. Lackenbauer and Mr. S. Thompson

All portions of the registration MUST be completed before a spot on the bus will be reserved. They will be accepted starting October 11^th.

b. Send an email to Mr. S. Thompson, with the Subject Heading: SKI CLUB 2012 REGISTRATION, to the following address:

NOTE: a single email is sufficient for one family, but the online form AND paper forms need to be completed separately for each participant.

a. Complete the ONLINE Eden High School Registration Form.

NOTE: You will receive a link once you have completed step #1.

b. Download and complete the Eden High School Permission Form and Money Check List. (If you are purchasing something other than the Thursday Pick-A-Night Ticket, please see step #3 d.)

c. Download and complete the Holiday Valley Registration Form. (NOTE: you DO NOT need to register your Credit Card number on this form, because you are paying by cheque through us)

d. Submit a cheque payable to Eden High School for the amount specified on the Money Check List. 

a. Download and complete the Holiday Valley Rental Form - SKI.

b. Download and complete the Holiday Valley Rental Form - SNOWBOARD.

c. Download and complete the Holiday Valley Rental Form - HELMUT.

d. Download and complete the Seasons Pass or Night Pass Form. 

NOTE: all prices on the order forms are in US Dollars, but CAN dollars are being taken AT PAR.

b. Complete a SEPARATE cheque (from the registration portion) for the desired items.
