LDAO (Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario) is a charitable non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth  and adults with learning disabilities.

*New Programs*

S.T.E.P.S. (Social Teen Empowering Program to Succeed) designed to support adolescents with Learning Disabilities & A.D.H.D. acquire effective and relevant strategies that prepare them for the next steps in theri personal & academic life. Topics include organizational skills, time management, self-advocacy, conversation skills, relationships and peer pressure.
(April 12th-May 31st) Tuesday 6-7 pm

B.E.S.T. (Better Emotional & Social Times) is a program for school-aged children (6-11yrs) designed to support children with Learning Disabilities & A.D.H.D. (diagnosis not required). Through discussion, role-playing, games, interactive activities, and direct instruction. Children will learn about friendship/bullying, social manners, organization, feelings, listening skills, anger management, problem solving, self-esteem, coping with stress...etc
(April 13th-June 1st) Wednesdays 6-7 pm

March Break Program!
Children (ages 6-12) with a Learning Disability/ADHD (diagnosis not required) are invited to come to a week full of learning and fun. Many literacy, numeracy, social skills, crafts & games are planned for this week.
Monday-Friday 9am-4pm
