Unit 1: Motion and Its Applications

In this activity, you will begin to study forces and to understand the effect of forces on motion. You will learn about different types of forces and how to communicate them in meaningful diagrams. Finally, you will learn how to calculate the total force acting on an object. The assignment at the end of the activity will require you to answer questions related to forces, free-body diagrams, and net force and to share some of your answers with your classmates.
