Bienvenue
Bonjour! I have been teaching for 13 years, the past 10 at Greendale. I started here in the Junior Division teaching Grade 5. Then I spent 5 years teaching in the primary division. After 2 years in the junior and intermediate divisions I am excited to once again be teaching the Core FSL program to Grades 4 through 8.
I strongly believe that teaching is my life's calling. I love coming to work every day, teaching and learning alongside the students. My goal as a teacher is to help students achieve their own personal best through encouragement, challenges, discussions and feedback, all within a safe environment. I encourage my students to take risks and be willing to make mistakes, only then can real learning happen. I try to lead by example that learning is a lifelong process, not confined to the four walls of our classroom.
I hope you find this website useful throughout the year. I will be setting up various folders that the students may find helpful when completing French homework and assignments.
