SWC Bulldog Wrestling
The wrestling program started in 2005 with a small group of boys and girls. The following year we had our first OFSAA Champion - Alexis Kilroy. The program has continued to grow with the current roster numbering 35 boys and girls. We practice every night starting in November up in the "cage" and continue on to March. There are opportunities for those that excell to compete at Provincial and National Championships as well as to participate in the annual Sparta Cup that is held in Puerto Rico during Thanksgiving. In 2010 the team won their first team titles winning the Boys SOSSA Junior and The Zone championships. So if your interested and are in grade nine listen to the announcements in late October and come out to the try-outs.
